How long is an appointment?
An appointment will usually be 1-1 ½ hours. This will give you plenty of time to try on dresses and find your perfect one!
Do I bring anything?
If you have any pictures or ideas of the dress you are looking for please bring them. Also, if you have an idea of how you are going to wear your hair, please do so as this will help to give you an idea of how the full picture will look that day once we find your dress! We also ask that you do not wear too much make-up as this will keep the dresses clean & pristine condition.
Do you provide an alteration services?
Yes. We have seamstress’ that provide all your alteration needs. Also note that alterations are an additional cost.
How long does it take for a dress to come in?
Wedding gowns take 6 to 8 months to order in. Grad takes 3-5 months and Bridesmaids/Mother-of-the-Bride, etc. will take anywhere from 4 to 6 months. We highly recommend giving yourself extra time as you may need an additional month or two for any alterations being made.
How do I know what size I am?
Most gowns will fit 1 to 2 sizes larger than normal clothing sizes but every company varies.
What is a Trunk show?
A trunk show is when a designer will send their new collection to our shop so you can get a sneak peek.
What sizes do you have at the shop?
We have a full range of sizes in grad dresses, bridal gowns, bridesmaids, etc ranging from size 2 to 30.
What information should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend that you have your dress ideas, budget and wedding date.
